Aylmer artist puts his talent to work for second edition of the Aylmer Heritage Calendar

Sketch artist Gary Martineau has compiled his architectural drawings of historical Aylmer buildings into a second calendar. Available for purchase, Mr Martineau is merging the dual purpose of providing himself with some extra income; and offering Aylmerites a unique gift option. For this edition, Martineau added historical descriptions in English and in French about each of the drawings. “I drew these over many years,” he told the Bulletin. “I studied art in High School, but I am mostly self-taught, through years of practice.” To purchase a calendar: 819 968-8272, or visit the Bulletin office after November 23.
