City councillors tour construction site of the Lucy-Faris Library building

As the first snowfall of the season hits the ground, construction workers are still hard at work on the Constance Provost building at 115 Principale. Construction workers could be seen welding on the outside of the building in the early morning of December 2. November 29, city councillors were given a tour of the works to date. The eagerly awaited construction will be home to the Lucy-Faris library as well as other city services. The expected completion is set for fall 2025, or winter 2026 if delays occur.
