----  City's recycling?

 

When at the marina I notice the "paysagiste" who empties the many garbage cans at the marina and along the bike path does not put garbage and recycling in different containers. It all goes in the garbage. So the city gives  out a contract that does not include separating one from another: but we residents are asked to use our blue and brown bins. 

I have pointed that out to Audrey Bureau many months ago but have not heard from her.

I find this unacceptable.
