Big improvement
Big improvement to have the 58 and 59 continue all the way into Aylmer. Having the 800 continue past Rivermead may also provide better options for people wishing to bypass bottlenecks in Hull on the way to office buildings in Hull or downtown Ottawa. Good work so far! Thank you!

SuggestIons for STO routes and timing
By now, readers should be aware that the changes made to the service at the Rivermead Park and Ride are unacceptable. Rather than going over the issues I would like to propose a possible solution.
During 6 am to 9 am and 3 pm to 6 pm: As line 59 is the only one serving Rivermead / Ottawa and back now.
1. Line 59 should depart at Rivermead in the morning and be its last stop on the return trip;
2. All 59 buses used between those times should be the
articulated ones to accommodate the high rider volume, and
3. They should run at a minimum of every 5 minutes (timing could be modify as required but no more than 8 minutes apart).
This could be implemented immediatly as you are still in the process of fine-tuning the last changes. I realize that it may not solve all the issues but it would ensure that the Rivermead users would be able to get to work on time, limit overcrowding and considerably reduce the wait time (presently between 15 to 20 minutes), which is quite important on cold winter days.
For your consideration.

Terrible planning
Only one bus 59 showed up at Rivermead in the span of 20 minutes. Passengers understandably not impressed with lineups going down the street. That will probably need to be fixed. Honestly, who thought the changes to Rivermead would be a good idea?

STO needs to rethink their strategy for Rivermead
I thought the idea was to encourage people to use the Parc and Ride. I'm not sure what thinking was behind having only the 59 service Rivermead to Downtown Hull - Ottawa, but it was not well thought out. Having to wait an extra 15 to 20 minutes for a bus does not make it worth parking there. Two nights in a row at Portage in Hull I had the 59 pass by full and had to wait another 10 minutes for the next. I believe they need to rethink their strategy for Rivermead. Perhaps have at least two bus lines service it on peak times.
