------ I'll dog-ear this advice!
I need some feedback to help me resolve a problem. I have dogs in a fenced-in yard that can’t go anywhere. I have neighbors with dogs on leashes that can go everywhere.
When I first moved in to my house in 2008, one neighbour through his repeated actions essentially ‘trained’ my dogs to bark at other dogs. Since that time, I have other neighbours who walk the length &/or width of my property knowingly, & therefore intentionally, to make my dogs bark.
By doing this, are they demonstrating an EQ or IQ of a ten-year old (no offense intended to the youth), or do they really don’t know any better, or could not care less?
What would anyone suggest to help me deal with what is obviously annoying both to me & my neighbors?
