MALAÏKA DOES IT AGAIN!

 

Malaïka Gaudette is a 45-year old Aylmer resident who has been an athlete with the Ontario Special Olympics (OSO) for more than 20 years.  She is currently involved in 6 of their sports.

 

In late February, she participated in the 2015 (OSO) Winter Provincial Games in North Bay and was awarded 3 medals (1 gold, 2 silvers) in cross-country skiing.

 

She is now looking forward to an international competition in swimming for athletes with an intellectual disability (Défi Sportif) in Montreal in early May.
