----  Old growth forests and our vote

 

So we are having an election nobody needs, after all -- Covid be damned, how to spend even more tax dollars!  While many progressive people will look at the NDP as an an alternative to the "Its your money, not ours" Liberals, these folks must consider the NDP's rule in BC, where they replaced a "roll over and play dead instead of govern" Liberals. The NDP has allowed the continued destruction of old growth forest -- to benefit large corporations, many from outside Canada.  Why is there no electoral option other than to support pro-corporate governments?   

Are elections more a diversion to keep us looking elsewhere?  "Here" they say, "You're not happy? OK, you pick the next government ..."  and the choices are those who skin us up one leg vs those who skin us down the other leg, to quote an infamous US Southerner.
