8 Lattion Street development: Invitation to an open house

Developers launched an invitation to Aylmerites to meet with them ahead of the development at 8 Lattion Street. They note the open house is about a part of the development of a real estate project in Aylmer (Eardley / Allumettières sector). The site is at the key intersection adjacent to the public transit hub at the des Allumettières Park’n’Ride. Heading west is the Pontiac via Highway 148, the site sites atop a hill with a view of the Ottawa River, within minutes of park des cèdres as well as the ring-road heading east to the rest of Gatineau along des Allumettières.
Cargo, a real estate investment group, is behind the project. Based out of Chelsea, Qc, Cargo has a number of regional projects underway, according to the Cargo website.
