I personally witnessed acts of racism and prejudice in other Canadian provinces. Those acts of racism or prejudice were always perpetrated by individuals, not by provinces.
When you write that Québec is a racist province, do you mean that all its citizens are racist? If so, please provide some statistical evidence. Or at least, explain your statement. A province is a legal entity, it cannot experience the very human emotion of racism.
