Hang on, folks; we're not done yet

 

More Covid stupidity this time at a local supermarket located in the so-called mall ... which is another topic.  I went shopping there on Sunday, but there were no carts in the store. As I’m looking around for a shopping cart, a very nice lady told me,  "You have to go and get one from the parking lot and bring it into the store so the attendant can clean it.  But the only way to do this is to touch the damn thing!"

The fact that we have to touch a “dirty” cart defeats what we’re trying to do, which is stopping the spread of this virus.  Maybe I’ve got it wrong, but this seems plainly stupid.  

Hang on, folks. We’re not done with this yet and there will be even more idiocies in the near future.
