Mobile ecocentre visits Aylmer October 2

On Saturday October 2, Gatineau residents will have free access to two mobile ecocentres from 9 am to 3 pm. The locations will be in Aylmer at Paul-et-Isabelle-Duchesnay arena parking lot, 92 rue du Patrimoine and in Buckingham at Parc McAndrew, at 170 rue John-F.-Kennedy
The ecocentres will be made available for one day only, and provide residents with an accessible central location where they can dispose of certain recoverable materials.
Materials accepted can be clothing and other textiles in good condition; electronics; green residues; hazardous household waste (this can be batteries, lightbulbs, oil, etc.); styrofoam, and tires. Household garbage and construction waste will not be accepted. More information on the Mobile Ecocentres can be found on the Gatineau website or by calling 3-1-1.
