Open letter to Councillor Bureau: Lucerne blvd 

Ms Bureau,  have you driven on Lucerne Blvd lately (going west from Vanier Road)?  It is absolutely unacceptable that a road travelled so much by thousands of people every day be in that condition... we ask, will the city pay to replace our shocks?.  It needs to be paved! Calling 311 does not seem to do any good!
