Steady progress being made in Constance-Provost building construction
Sophie Demers
Construction crews remain on-site through the winter months and its freezing conditions as work progresses on the $42 million Constance-Provost building. The long-anticipated project promises a state-of-the-art library with an expanded book collection, more common areas, and additional rooms for community use. Initially slated to open by the end of the year, it could be pushed to early 2026 if delays occur.
