Waterfront Fiesta: The HOLA Latino Festival Takes Over Old Aylmer

Old Aylmer is getting ready to groove to the beat of the HOLA Latino Festival, the fourth edition organized by the Colombian Heritage organization. From June 12 to 14, 2026, the magnificent Parc des Cèdres will transform into a true open-air cultural showcase, promising a total and free immersion for the whole family.

Once again this year, this flagship event brings together the best of Latin American traditions. Festival goers will be able to dance to the sounds of live orchestras and participate in interactive salsa and bachata workshops. For food lovers, the gourmet food stalls will highlight the authentic flavours of Colombia, Mexico and El Salvador, offering delicious empanadas, arepas and tacos.

One of the highlights of this year’s event will be the creation of an interactive community mural. Young and old alike are invited to add their creative touch to celebrate community spirit.
